14-Day Return Policy

Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Cancellations and Returns

Order cancellations and returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the costs of credit card processing and preparing the product for shipping or pickup. If you wish to return your product, you can mail it back at your own expense or bring it directly to our store.
